Excellent location. Rooms clean and comfortable. 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom perfect for our group of 3. Room has everything you need and with a balcony. Tram stops very close to apartment.

They have a gym. Indoor pool. Was easy to get into the CBD with a tram stop 100mtrs out the front. There is Aldi just below for those essential items that you need.

The woman on the front desk was very patronising, trying to fobb us off, with a very unbelievable story on why facilities were not in our room as advertised by Booking.com Booking.com uou should be ashamed of yourself as what you advertised and pictures that you put up on your Web site are not what you get. We had to pay extra for upgrade when we booked for a room with a view, cable TV, our view was looking at a high rise, no cable TV, kitchen was not a full kitchen, to get what we thought we were getting in the first place, then when we got there we had to pay again to upgrade to what we had paid on your website Booking.com. you photos are misleading and the description on your website is not right. Won't book again through Booking.com if this is the service that you offer.
